Neigbouring South Africa, Portuguese-speaking and a rosy economical Outlook of 7% GDP growth in 2008, which is quite exceptional in the grim year that 2008 will be.
Moçambique is surely the country I'm most interested in exploring next.  I'd love to talk to people with a Rolodex there.
